As a mother of a teenage son and two stepchildren, I understand the challenges of balancing work and family life, as well as navigating the complexities of living in a blended family. When I’m not cherishing moments with my loved ones, you can find me enjoying outdoor activities like hiking, camping, stand-up paddleboarding, or walking my two adorable miniature Dachshunds.
With a rich background spanning over 19 years of experience as a registered Psychologist, I have had the privilege of supporting individuals aged 15 and above across a spectrum of settings including private practice, adult mental health services, private psychiatric hospitals, and school-based environments.
