My therapeutic style is warm, intuitive, and empathetic. I work collaboratively and compassionately with people of all ages, from children to adults, although I often find myself being drawn to children. I love tapping into children’s imagination and using creative activities that are meaningful to them to help them navigate their challenges and to empower them to utilise their strengths and attain their full potential.
One of the things that I value most about my work is the genuine and meaningful relationships that I get to build with my clients. It is a privilege for me to be alongside them in their wellness journey, and it brings me joy when I see them thrive in this safe and nourishing therapeutic space and attain the balanced and wholesome life that they strive for.
